How to Prepare:
• This class is ONLINE via Google Meet (link will be shared to email)
• Prepare a space to dance in at home or in studio space of your choice
• Have water handy
• Shoes: Comfortable sneakers/tennis shoes or boot heels (dance heels recommended, avoid overly-platformed heels).
