Patron Pop Up Event Ambassadors

About the Role:

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and personable Event Ambassadors to support the Patrón Cafe Pop-Up Experience. As part of our on-site team, you’ll help create a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for guests.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Professionalism towards staff and attendees alike.

  • Customer service or event/hospitality experience preferred.

  • Positive, can-do attitude amongst challenges.

  • Team player who collaborates well with others.

  • Full event availability (10/17–10/19) will be given priority in hiring.

  • Must be 21+ to

Responsibilities:

  • Support overall pop-up operations and guest flow

  • Assist with line management, guest check-in, and food ticket distribution

  • Handle merch station or assist with roaming/bussing tasks as needed

  • Keep event areas tidy and inviting

  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner

Dates and *Tentative Timeframes:

Friday, 10/17: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM (5.5 hours)

Saturday, 10/18: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM (6 hours)

Sunday, 10/19: 12:00 PM – 7:30 (6–7 hours)

📍 Location: Downtown Austin (not at COTA)

💰 Pay: Starts at $30/hour
